We try to create the majority of our own designs for our apparel and any additional items. A customer may come to us and ask to have something replicated and at that time we will look into the design/image and see if it is allowed (copyright laws) and if we cannot replicate, we offer to use the original image as inspiration and make a one-of-a-kind image. Customer requests are always on a case-by-case basis. As for the apparel itself, we purchase our blank garments from a wholesaler for all the items we press “in-house”. We work with a 3rd party apparel partner as well for orders if we are physically unavailable due to working a festival/event or on vacation. As a small business, ran only by a husband and wife we want to ensure that whatever we have on our calendar will not affect our customers.
In regard to any additional items that we offer (hats, beanies, cups, etc.) this is a case-by-case basis. For example, anything with embroidery is not made by us. We do not have an embroidery machine so a hat that has this option will be though our 3rd party apparel partner. -
We pride ourselves on doing our best to use and work with USA based businesses for all final products. As for where a blank item is made, that can sometimes be nearly impossible to know.
Example 1: A garment like a t-shirt is most often made in another country. However, order our apparel from a business that has a USA location, and our apparel partner has these items in their Texas location and will complete all finalized work here in the USA as well.
Example 2: We cannot guarantee the source of where the film is originally created or made for DTF images. The DTF company we work with, however, is located in Southern California and they print all of our images at their location.

We generally work with a 5-7 business day turnaround time. We can sometimes get our orders out earlier than this however with the majority of our orders being a custom design or a specific logo/design that is being submitted we need the full 3-5 days to ensure your design is printed perfectly. For custom orders that involve more than one design, a change to the material of the garment or additional color options we have a turnaround time of 7-10 business days. It is important to note that this is the time that we guarantee to get your package sent in the mail by your chosen delivery method. We cannot guarantee timeframes of actual delivery from the carrier.

We do not refund or accept returns for custom orders. We work closely with our customers on Custom Orders to ensure that they are receiving exactly what they want. We will only offer a refund if there is an error with your merchandise that is clearly our businesses fault (i.e.: Order a Small and we send a Medium/ The wrong image is used on your order/There is a defect in the shirt). We would work with you to try and first rectify the issue by sending you the corrected item. If a corrected item is not acceptable, as the customer, you would need to mail the product back to our studio and we would issue you a complete refund.
-
As mentioned above, regarding refunds, the only time we accept a return is if there is an error on our end. Due to our apparel being custom orders, for the majority, we do not offer returns at this time. If we have decided to issue a refund due to our error than we would have the defective product mailed back to our studio and would issue a refund as soon as the package is received on our end.

Currently Ma Deuce Apparel Co. offers products on our website at www.madeuceapparel.com, on our sister business page, www.marraicollective.com and you can find us in local stores in the Redding CA area. We also attend festivals/fairs on the West Coast, and you can find out which locations we will be attending by going to the “Find Us” tab of our website where we have all the stores we are in as well as updates on the festivals for that season.

The majority of our business is custom orders which many times are not local, and we only have one location for our business so pick-up does not work for the majority of our customers. However, if you are a local business (Redding CA) we would be happy to discuss with you additional delivery options that would be more cost effective.
